Oxford Mail Camera Club members have been keeping an eye on transport for this week’s theme.
There were plenty of shots of bikes, narrowboats, trains and even gondolas, so it was not easy to choose which picture should be named photo of the week.
In the end we selected Jason Hornblow’s action shot of a skateboarder performing stunts outside the Said Business School in Frideswide Square.

Groups of skateboarders have been coming here for years because they find the surfaces ideal for their flicks and tricks.
Skateboarding is certainly an unusual form of transport but it definitely counts and this striking image is a well-deserved winner.
Each week camera club members are given a theme and post their photos on the club’s Facebook page. The next theme is street photography.
